I’m dedicated to meeting you where you are, offering a client-centered approach that honors your individual journey. My practice focuses on trauma, promoting client autonomy, supporting healthy lifestyles, addressing body image concerns, and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. As Co-owner of Calm Waters Counseling Group, I am no longer accepting new clients; however, our practice is home to qualified and specialized clinicians who provide high-quality services.
