I am a New York State Licensed psychologist with over 35 years experience working with a wide range of age groups, a variety of populations, and numerous types of issues. During the course of everyday living, people are often confronted with circumstances which are difficult to manage alone. The resulting stress can cause one to become anxious or upset. Together we can work toward your becoming more aware of the feelings and dynamics at play and learn more effective means of coping, adjusting, and dealing with these difficult situations and associated feelings.
