Many of my clients are adults 30+ navigating trauma, identity stress, burnout, relationship strain, or major life transitions. On the outside they’re functioning, but inside they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they don’t understand. They want clarity, stability, and to feel like themselves again. I also support teens (13+) and women facing anxiety, self-worth, and change. I provide trauma-informed therapy focused on nervous system regulation, EMDR, and skills for emotional stability. We build grounding first, then explore patterns, past experiences, and identity. Therapy is collaborative, structured, and practical — focused on real change, not just insight.
