Hi, I'm Zoë. I'm a licensed psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in mental health. I work with adults and couples who are seeking a deeper relationship with themselves and with each other. I find that with acceptance of your true self, the more confident you will feel in communicating openly, making hard decisions, setting boundaries and making desired changes in your life. This holds true in our relationships as well. When we learn to accept realities about ourselves, we can then learn how to share our inner world with others.
