I am passionate about working with people to discover their most authentic sense of self, free from oppressive narratives and stigmas. I believe that each person’s mental health is inseparable from their identities, experiences, and the structures we live in. I work with teenagers and adults of all ages. I am affirming of all genders & sexualities, careers, reproductive choices, kinks, and alternative relationship structures. I also work with relationships including couples, polycules, and chosen family. When working in person, I am often accompanied by my emotional support dog, Pisces. I work, first and foremost, from a feminist lens. I am influenced by several frameworks including a systems-based approach, narrative therapy, mindfulness, transformative justice, relational, and more depending on the needs of the space we build together. I incorporate collaboration, humor, validation, affirmation, and empathy.
