I work with multiracial, people of color, and gender-expansive folx – teens, adults, and couples or polycules – who are searching for a greater sense of agency in their lives. Many of my clients navigate anxiety, identity, relationships, grief, pressure, and belonging. They seek self-trust, compassion, and space to unlearn patterns of survival rooted in trauma, racism, gender, family, and beyond. Together, we explore what it means to slow down and access the fullness of who you are underneath the masks you've had to wear.
