I work with clients who have experienced trauma and want to work on their attachment and interpersonal relationships. I work with clients from all backgrounds and aim to create a safe space for people to explore and share a spectrum of issues. I'm sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ friendly, ENM informed, and trauma-informed! Please email me some times that work for you for a 15-minute consultation! I am a licensed social worker who is also getting my PhD with a focus on violence and trauma. I focus on motivational interviewing, narrative therapy techniques, as well as evidence based practices like CBT and DBT to get the whole picture of your life path.
