Do you find that yourself or your teen is struggling with feeling stuck, lost, or having difficulty handling life’s challenges? Are you experiencing stress in your relationships and unsure of how to cope? What to do with these feelings and how to tackle our problems can seem like a daunting task, especially alone. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, and couples, who might find themselves in this position. I also enjoy working with those who seek spiritual or biblical integration in the counseling process.
