Hi, I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based on stolen Lisjan Ohlone land, colonially known as Oakland, CA. I support adults and older teens (16+) get out of cycles of overwhelm, perfectionism, and shame. Through a combination of relational psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic / body-based practices, I can help you release control, feel more confident, trust your intuition, set boundaries, and build sustainable, mutually loving and supportive relationships.
