I specialize in working with young professionals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions, including identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, and periods of feeling stuck or disconnected. I also have a particular interest and experience in supporting women during the pregnancy and postpartum period, including concerns related to perinatal mood and anxiety. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and psychodynamic therapy.
