Welcome to Allied Psychotherapy Group Practice! Therapy is part of a well balanced life—we live in challenging times, in a challenging place and it can be helpful to reflect regularly. There are days where we all feel like our problems are too much, the load too heavy, the road too arduous. I'll be here on those days, and I'll also be here on your best days, days that we will work collaboratively to steer you toward. Perhaps we’ll laugh along the way.
