I'm so glad you're here. Choosing a therapist is a deeply personal decision, and I know it took a lot of courage and vulnerability to get here. I specialize in working with women who have experienced trauma and/ or substance abuse issues. I'm passionate about helping people work through complex family dynamics, women's issues, queer identity, and healing from trauma. Through our work together, my hope is to walk alongside you to help you recognize your own internal strength, even in the toughest times.
