To quote Darcie Wilder, "literally show me a healthy person." It's not uncommon to wonder: What does wellness look like in a world overflowing with trauma and injustice? I invite you to make a little room in your week to begin answering that question. My hope is to offer non-judgemental support as we deconstruct the patterns that are no longer serving you and explore ways of creating fulfilling, meaningful relationships. I particularly enjoy working with adults, teens and couples who are open to questioning what it means to be normal, successful, beautiful, and yes, even healthy. My style is curious, collaborative, and playful. I balance the intensity of life with warmth, empathy, and humor. I show up as my authentic self so my clients feel safe to do the same. I believe that you exist separately from the problems you’re experiencing and already possess the strengths needed to move your life in your preferred direction.
