Are you experiencing after-effects of traumatic events, navigating a transition, or wanting to live more authentically? My approach is to help you build upon your strengths, develop strategies to manage immediate challenges, and heal the root causes of struggles you are having. We may start with skills to calm your nervous system when you have anxiety or trauma symptoms, or with education to gain insight into your experiences. We may work on strengthening your relationships and support system. As we process underlying issues, my hope is that you start to experience a sense of greater agency, self-worth and authenticity.
