For the past 15 years I have been solely focused on children and their families. It is hard when we realize that sometimes we need a little help, and that parenting can be a challenge. When we see our children struggle, it can be heartbreaking. I am here to lend a hand to that struggle and help your child understand what is going on internally, gain the coping skills needed, and strengthen the family bond. Strengths can be found in all of us, even when they are hidden deep. As adults, having someone to talk to without judgement is beneficial. You will always be respected and valued walking through my doors or joining online.
