As your therapist, my goal is to establish a comfortable and supportive space where you can focus on yourself. By offering a non-judgmental environment, I strive to help you reflect on past experiences and patterns, recognize your strengths, and move forward with increased confidence. I prioritize open communication and genuine connection, creating a safe and unbiased environment where you can feel empowered to grow and build confidence. I offer trauma-informed care to support women’s issues, PTSD and sexual trauma, with special interest working with the LGBTQ+ community, neurodiverse individuals, artists, young adults, as well as people navigating pregnancy and parenting. I use a variety of evidence based tools such as CBT, DBT and EMDR, and am licensed in the states of NJ and PA.
