I work one-on-one with teens and adults from diverse backgrounds, including those from the Black and/or LGBTQ+ communities. I offer a supportive, affirming space where you can explore identity, relationships, stress, and life transitions at your own pace. My approach is collaborative and grounded in understanding how culture, systems, and lived experiences shape how we feel and cope. Therapy with me is about feeling seen, building insight, and moving toward a life that feels more authentic and sustainable.
