Clients who are drawn to my practice need a safe and supportive space to feel understood, seen, and heard, and are also motivated to work towards inner healing and lead a life well lived. They often are working on some form of recovery from a significant life event or a relationship trauma/challenge that is hindering their ability to thrive. I aim to provide every client with a balance of emotional safety along with movement towards insight and the skills that can ultimately lead to positive growth and change.
