I come from a Latino background, am Spanish speaking have a very strong belief that everyone should be treated with kindness and respect regardless of our journeys. Constant transitions and life changes allow us to evolve as people and my goal is to assist with learning how to ease some of the stressors and anxious thoughts that said changes could bring.
