Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve been carrying stress, anxiety, or past experiences on your own for a long time. My goal is to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what’s been weighing on you. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Many of my clients come to therapy wanting clarity, relief, and support in navigating their emotions or relationships. In our work together, we’ll explore what you’re going through at a pace that feels safe for you. I help clients process their experiences, understand patterns that may be showing up, and develop tools to cope with stress and emotional challenges. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space where you can be honest, heard, and supported.
