I work with adults and couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Whether you’re struggling with substance use, setting boundaries or communicating with others I offer a non-judgmental, client-centered space to explore change at your own pace. Relationships and communication are a core focus of my work, and I support couples and individuals in strengthening boundaries, improving communication, and understanding relational patterns. I am sex-positive, affirming, and comfortable working with diverse relationship structures, including kink-informed and polyamorous relationships. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and narrative-informed work. I have strong experience supporting executive functioning challenges, including difficulties with organization, motivation, emotional regulation, and follow-through. I also work with individuals and couples navigating relationships.
