Zumbro Valley Health Center is a private, non-profit organization that provides mental health, substance use disorder, primary care, and community-based services to SE Minnesota. We offer support and care for adults, children, adolescents, and their families. Zumbro Valley Health Center staff work collaboratively with clients, co-workers and community providers to develop a comprehensive treatment plan which addresses the distinct needs of each client, including treatment for psychological, medical, substance use and social issues.
