My goal is to be present with you, help you navigate challenges, changes and wade the waves of life you are facing while being grounded. I am here to help you process thoughts, feelings and behaviors for a more fulfilling life. I use a multi-systemic approach of theories, including client-centered therapy, expressive arts and narrative therapy interventions.
