My experience has been working with individuals with depression, low self-esteem, anger issues, anxiety, building on coping/mindfulness strategies, the LGBTQIA+ community and addressing racial/cultural trauma. In my office, will receive trauma informed and strength based therapeutic techniques and tools to tailor a treatment plan to fit your unique needs. As an inclusive therapist, I provide services to diverse populations who deal with varying stressors and challenges in life. To feel comfortable in our sessions, if you need to use a fidget toy, draw or choose to sit on a floor cushion instead of the sofa, I am happy to accommodate you. Everyone deserves a space to tell their story and reflect, which is what I can provide during our sessions together.
