I provide online therapy for adults/couples dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and sexual wellness. My clients tend to be thoughtful, intelligent, and often use humor to cope - even with heavy topics like sex and trauma. They are often struggling in relationships, feeling depressed or anxious, or are seeking more understanding of themselves. Outwardly they function well, but inside they feel broken, ashamed, or ‘too much’ in relationships. They want a more satisfying, playful sex life but feel scared, shut down, or guilty. They’re willing to reflect, try homework, and experiment between sessions.
