Are you're feeling overwhlemed or stuck? I can help! I specialize in working with people who are stressed, in transition or there is something holding them back from making a necessary change. I'm the person who helps the person, who everyone else calls for help. I'm here for the person who every one else thinks has it all together, but is internally screaming and on the edge. I also work with those who are the "Black Sheep" in their family. I know too well about the racing thoughts, the internal nagging, the constant chatter coupled with feeling frozen and STILL having to get everything done. Still having to hold it all together.
