As a therapist, I view the process as a partnership (collaboration) between the client and myself to establish the most appropriate and effective form of treatment. My approach to therapy is an eclectic one. There is no one size fits all. As the client and I begin to work together the most effective treatment modality will reveal its self and will guide the treatment planning process.
