It takes a lot of strength and courage to take the first few steps to obtain help and I appreciate you just being here. Sometimes life can feel really overwhelming, and it can be difficult to sort through it all. You don’t have to do it alone! I will hold space for you to be your authentic self; and support you while you overcome past and present hardships. I find it an honor to be part of your healing journey. Together, we will explore solutions to gain emotional stability, self-worth, balance, growth, and peace in your life. I believe that the purpose of counseling is for individuals to develop a deeper understanding of their life experiences and to develop a pathway of action towards wellness - a pathway that is strength-based, solution-focused and person-centered. I specialize in treatment for depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am EMDR certified and offer EMDR intensives.
