We thank you for taking the time out to visit our page. We are a holistic trauma informed group practice that utilizes a transpersonal psychology lens. The idea is that it's not just the mind and body that can need healing and looking after, but also the spirit itself. Furthermore, we are devoted to the liberation of Black individuals, couples, families, and communities across the diaspora by using spiritual modalities in addition to our conventional training in marriage and family. This is effective in aiding those who receive our services to achieve holistic wellness. We provide individual, couple, family, sex and group therapy.
