I have 31 years experience in the addictions field in various clinical settings: Sober housing, Intensive Outpatient Programs and residential treatment facilities. Some of my specialties is DBT skills, EMDR, and EFT tapping. I can guide you on A New Journey by helping you find meaning and purpose to your life and discover your true voice. I can provide guidance on different options in treatment, based on your individual needs, by providing appropriate feedback, coping strategies and other tools as your treatment progresses. I offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, EFT tapping, coping skills, relapse prevention, time management, stress management and case management. In my 13+ years experience working for DMHAS in Addiction Services as a clinician/supervisor, I have extensive knowledge of the legal and state services available in the State of Connecticut.
