I specialize in helping parents find solutions to problems that their teens might face by providing solution-oriented, evidenced-based techniques that can be used in both the counseling office and at home. I also assist couples in determining what their best options are in a collaborative, supportive, and compassionate manner. Drawing on six years of clinical experience and thirteen years of practical experience dealing with both teens and couples, I help families determine the best approach to life stressors and help couples figure out if their marriage can be saved.
