I specialize in trauma therapy using EMDR and support clients navigating anxiety, depression, and family challenges. As a certified KAP therapist, I can integrate ketamine-assisted psychotherapy to support emotional healing. My holistic approach may include ancestral healing, meditation, Reiki, and sound bowl therapy, with Internal Family Systems training beginning February 2026.
