I am a licensed professional counselor committed to working with individuals, couples and families who are seeking to discover skills as they recover from life challenges. This collaborative approach help clients to better understand their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors as they transition through the healing process. I believe that when we understand our past we are then able to make informed decisions about how we choose to interact in our present.
