I'm a licensed psychologist and I help people who may be struggling with stress and anxiety, depression, trauma, and other related challenges. My other specialty is conducting psychological evaluations to support young children through adults with individual differences related to development (e.g., Autism, ADHD, and related neurodiverse ways of relating). My approach emphasizes understanding and a nonjudgmental stance, and I work to create a safe and welcoming environment.
