I have experience working with clients with various challenges, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, codependency, navigating neurodivergence, the impact of trauma, relationship issues, feelings associated with current events, swinging/ENM, kink, gender dysphoria/exploration, sexuality, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. I am focused on helping clients discover their true growth potential, and I strive to create a caring, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for you to be the best version of yourself. I offer an eclectic approach to therapy that is focused on helping find the root of the feelings you have and exploring ways through the moments that lead to those feelings.
