Starting therapy can be hard, but it can lead to real and lasting change. I offer a supportive space that can help you grow, change, and feel more alive. My style is open, creative, and compassionate. I believe that therapy unfolds in a unique way for each person. We will learn together what works best for you. My goal is to help you build self-awareness, shift old patterns, and figure out how to feel more alive. I bring attention to the ways in which society and systems shape who we are, and I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds.
