Humanistic and Cognitive therapies can reduce depression and anxiety tremendously, and I look forward to teaching you the tools to take your life back. I offer telehealth services at an affordable cost to try to engage as many people as possible in these financially unstable times. I love my job, and I love to see people improve their lives!
