I am passionate about the power of connection and like to use a blend of humor, authenticity, and warmth in an interactive style. I provide an inclusive and safe space for those struggling with mental health, addictions, relationships, transitions, and racial/cultural identity issues. You may be feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or quietly carrying more than others realize. Perhaps anxiety, past experiences, relationship challenges, identity questions, or a major life transition have left you feeling disconnected from yourself or unsure of what comes next. I provide an affirming, nonjudgmental space for individuals and families to explore what feels challenging, including personal experiences, relationships, and life changes. Together, we identify patterns, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. I offer therapy for both adults and children.
