An ideal client would be someone who is committed to making changes, needs support and is looking to grow as an individual and/or as a couple. I work with client's to create small, achievable goals as we begin our work together. Therapy can provide you the the weekly space and time to focus on your needs without judgement. This can be valuable in this age of distraction. I also have a niche interest in getting more men to attend and benefit from therapy. My client's have noted my laid back personality, being a good listener, use of humor (when appropriate), life experiences and working together as a team to find ways to cope with life's stressors and circumstances. I work hard to try and create an atmosphere free of judgement which helps clients feel safe.
