Hi! I'm Aaron. I enjoy working with people who want to grow. My belief is that emotions are meant to be moderate and support/empower one's actions, not overwhelm and disable. To do that, emotions need to visit our bodies and then move through us and 'leave'. My method is for motivated men and women, pretty simple, but not easy.
