I enjoy working with clients struggling with their sense of self or feelings of imposter syndrome, inadequacy and not being good enough. I have a passion of helping individuals, families and couples through a direct and directional approach. I work with those experiencing relationship issues, conflict, distance, anxiety, depression etc. I help my clients to first better understand themselves to then be able to better understand their relationship to their given circumstance.
