I believe therapy is simply a conversation with someone who is willing to listen. Whatever is going on in your life, I want to be that person — someone who listens, identifies problem stories, and works with you to discover alternative storylines. In our work together, we will be partners working towards your goals. I ask my clients to come to therapy with an open mind, ready to take a journey with me into the unknown stories of your life. Together, we can hopefully alleviate some of life’s struggles. My practice provides an empathetic, safe environment where you can be yourself and have someone to talk to about your life, without judgment or an agenda. I offer a supportive, conversational partnership to help you navigate the challenging storylines that dominate your life, while also identifying moments when they are not present.
