In my practice, I focus on empowering adults to create the family experiences and outcomes they want for themselves and their children. I specialize in supporting families with young children (birth-8 years old), including those before or during pregnancy (pre-baby counseling). My work is primarily on the adult level, both individual and couples, where we focus on better understanding ourselves and healing parts of the past, empowering clients to raise healthy, thriving children.
