It's an honor to help people set and reach their goals and see relief in their lives! In my 12 years as a Therapist I have worked with a variety of issues including: anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, shame, family conflict, behavioral challenges and parenting issues. I work with children 5 and up and adults of all ages. I offer EMDR consultation with emphasis on work with children and teens, and consultation for therapists working towards their RPT, as well as Supervision for Associate Level Therapists
