At Integral Psychology, and within my own personal role as a Clinician, we strive to be as person-centered as possible. To be seen is to be changed, and I am grateful to play a small role in you or your child's life on their journey towards healing and health. Specializing in working with children and teens to support emotional regulation, mental health stabilization, and healthy communication skills, I draw on both Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches to help clients build effective communication skills and coping strategies to thrive despite life’s challenges and curve balls. With a recent degree from University of Michigan’s School of Social Work, I bring experience from both youth-focused settings and the Residential Treatment setting for women in recovery from substances, fueled in part by growing up with a sibling with an Autism Spectrum Diagnosis (ASD) and multiple loved ones, in recovery from a variety of addictions.
