I understand that every person has different wants, needs, and unique life experiences they come into therapy with. I specialize in working with clients who struggle with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I am passionate about creating a nonjudgmental, safe space where clients can “take off their mask” and truly lean into their authentic selves. I have a background working in higher levels of care which gave me experience in supporting clients in exploring the pain, trauma, and difficult experiences that impacted them. I am a relational therapist that aims to offer the space to help clients become the best version of themselves.
