I provide trauma therapy for adults who feel stuck in survival mode and struggle with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and relationship difficulties. Many clients are high-functioning yet feel overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or disconnected from themselves and others. I use a trauma-informed, client-centered approach integrating EMDR therapy, Instinctual Trauma Response (ITR), and trauma-focused CBT to treat trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and attachment-related patterns, helping clients build emotional regulation, nervous system safety, and lasting change.
