I have experience working with different types of trauma, anxiety/depression, grief, and self esteem. I have knowledge working with Veterans and first responders who are having trouble adjusting to new environments or traumatic work related crises. Trauma comes in many forms and can make your life feel permanently on hold, but there is hope. I have additional knowledge and training in medical injuries/diagnoses such as, Traumatic Brain Injuries, as well as Post-Intensive Care Syndrome (PICS).
