People often come to me because they are experiencing effects of complex trauma, life and relationship stressors, obsessions and compulsions, caregiving, or chronic illness. I frequently work with emerging adults who are navigating the transition into adulthood, with all of its promise and challenges. Therapy is a space where we will work together to understand the stories that have made up your life to this point and the stories you would like to live out in your future. You can expect for me to meet you with curiosity and care to support your movement toward hope and meaningful change.
