I use all of my experience, knowledge and talent to help my clients to reach their goals. Clients describe me as warm, relatable and insightful in my approach as we confront life challenges and emotional struggles. My years of experience and extensive training in contemporary trauma and relational treatments have helped those overwhelmed by depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflicts and poor self esteem. We embark together towards developing a positive sense of self and a happier life. I strive to transform painful experiences into opportunities for healing and growth.
